Alucard - Hellsing Ultimate (2018)

The vest and skirt are a stretch pleather while the long duster coat and hat are made out of a suiting polyester. The hat is built with an interfacing to keep it stiff but still pliable. The 2 guns are completely carved out of foam sandwiched together.
