Nurse & Pyramid Head - Silent Hill (movie version) (2012)

These costumes were originally made back in high school and have been worn periodically throughout the years. The nurse mask is made with tissue paper and latex and there are small eye holes that are covered with black mesh so that it’s hard to see into. The Pyramid Head is a bunch of different materials including foam board, PVC, grating, foam knobs, all come together to create that helmet.
